Disability Rights Wisconsin (DRW) is a private non-profit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities statewide. DRW provides information, referrals and direct advocacy for students with disabilities. DRW can assist parents of students with Individual Education Programs(IEP) who are repeatedly suspended or are at risk of expulsions due to disability related behaviors. Call their toll free number (800-928-8778) if your child is excluded from their right to education!

Wisconsin Family Ties (WFT) is a parent-run nonprofit that provides support, guidance, and understanding for families raising children with social, emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. WFT helps families address school issues, feel supported during difficult times, gain access to services and supports, and get their needs met.
