We hired our first staff member, our current Director, in September 2016. We have had part-time support from IMPACT Planning and Evaluation staff from the beginning and have added interns, fellows, consultants, and other staff in the years since. In October 2019, we officially started our Core Council leadership team. Our Coalition was intentionally focused on lived experience leaders, and so our Coalition was ready for a leadership team that matched our values.
The Core Council is made of 10-15 advisors representing staff and evaluation, workgroups, and the Coalition at large. Advisors serve 12-month terms guiding our decision-making, strategizing our future, and advancing our values and outcomes. Check out our profiles below (more to come, web page in development):
